Our Shipping Rates

The shipping charge for your order is calculated when you enter your shipping address at the check-out. Our North American shipping rates are based on 6 geographical zones in Canada and the USA, and your shipping charge is automatically calculated based on your total purchase price and the delivery address.

Please Note: If your package is small and our actual shipping cost is lower than the amount you paid us for shipping, we’ll refund the difference back to you.

How Long Will It Take ?

Hmmm… where do you want it delivered ? We’ll do our best to ship your order within 48 hours. The delivery time for your order will depend on the delivery address. Here are some guidelines:
Canada
NS/NB/PE: 2 – 5 business days
NL/QC/ON: 3 – 8 business days
MB/SK/AB/BC/YT/NT/NU: 6 – 12 business days
USA: 7 – 15 business days.
USA delivery times depends on proximity to one of the 21 USPS Network Distribution Centres. Essentially, the closer the delivery address to a major city, the faster it’s delivered.

Note to Prince Edward Island customers: If you choose “Pick Up at The Toy Factory” at the checkout, you can pick up your order at our store in New Glasgow with no shipping charge.
